key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless).
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and security systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability through preventive actions.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, minimising business disruption.
- Analyse recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
- Identify risks and contribute to strengthening network security and performance.
- Provide user support, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on infrastructure projects.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration.
Strong knowledge of Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet environments.
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, routing protocols, monitoring tools, and packet analysis.
Experience with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SIP, TLS, MFA, Windows Server and Active Directory.
Knowledge of network security concepts (IPS, IDS, NGFW, UTM).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
