-Provide IT onboarding and day-to-day technical support for end users via onsite and remote channels-Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and technical issues-Support meeting rooms, events, and collaboration technologies-Maintain communication with users regarding IT services, updates, and best practices-Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions-Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets (devices, peripherals, mobile equipment)-Oversee local network and office IT infrastructure in line with organizational standards-Manage office technology including printers, conferencing systems, and shared devices-Support deployment of corporate IT solutions and local technology initiatives-Coordinate with external vendors and partners for support, procurement, and implementations
求められる経験
- Formal education in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience (approximately 3+ years)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse users
- Hands-on knowledge of desktop operating systems, productivity software, directory services, email systems, mobile device management, networking, and security fundamentals
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with IT service management frameworks and ticketing systems (e.g., ITIL-based tools) is advantageous
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable with a hands-on approach
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
