• End-user support: Deliver excellent service to users; work closely with the IT team and vendors to handle user and network escalations. Cooperate with HR on new employee setups and account deactivations for leavers.• IT operations lead: Manage escalation tickets via ServiceNow, maintain the IT service catalog, and take necessary actions to identify and resolve issues.• Project support: Collaborate with overseas teams to support projects, coordinating migration approach, scope, timelines, and costs, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.• Infrastructure & process improvement: Continuously enhance internal IT processes and infrastructure; create and update SOPs related to system incidents; proactively communicate with global IT counterparts to improve user services and escalate issues as needed.• Travel: Possible overnight business trips to retail store locations across Japan (approximately once a year per store).
求められる経験
•Basic knowledge of system and network technologies
•Basic knowledge of servers and maintenance
•2+ years of experience supporting network/cloud infrastructure and servers
•3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role
•3+ years of experience supporting Office 365
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
•Knowledge of Active Directory
•Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) or business application development (no minimum years required)
