    La Divisione Technical & Engineering di RANDSTAD PROFESSIONALS Torino, ricerca per storica Azienda, leader nel settore di riferimento,  un AREA MANAGER ITALY & SOUTH EUROPE  Il candidato, in riporto diretto al Coordinatore Area Manager Emea,  avrà le seguenti responsabilità:Pianificare, organizzare ed attuare tutte le attività inerenti il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali definiti in accordo con la Direzione Commerciale;Essere responsabile dell'ampliamento del portafoglio clienti e della fidelizzazione dei clienti già acquisiti sull’Area di Riferimento affidata;Collaborare con la Direzione Commerciale al fine di ottimizzare i prodotti offerti e/o promuovere nuovi prodotti, secondo le esigenze indicate dai clienti o potenziali clienti, contribuendo all’identificazione e allo sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business. Requisiti richiesti: Solida esperienza di vendita in Italia ed all'estero presso aziende modernamente organizzate e/o multinazionali ;Provenienza da realtà aziendali operanti nel settore Packaging/Packaging flessibile, imballaggi plastica/Industrial Automation;Fluente padronanza della lingua Inglese scritta e parlata; auspicabile buona conoscenza anche della lingua spagnola;Dinamismo, assertività, passione per il prodotto,  oltre a ottime capacità relazionali up-down ed ad uno spiccato orientamento al cliente/risultato, completano il profilo del candidato ideale.Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi sull’Area territoriale affidata; L'offerta:Il pacchetto retributivo ed il relativo inquadramento saranno commisurati al grado di expertise acquisita.Sede di Lavoro : BASSO PIEMONTEI candidati interessati possono scrivere a: chiara.tonelli@randstad.it

On behalf of our client, a leading global supplier and manufacturer of products for Automotive market, we are looking for a: MANUFACTURING ENGINEERPOSITION SUMMARY: The resource will report to Plant manufacturing engineering manager and will be responsible for ensuring and managing the Industrialization activities, related to automotive assembly lines, included continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes, with the target of costs, timing and customer satisfaction. MAIN ACTIVITIES:Ensuring the manufacturing feasibility for competence projects, with target of cost and timingDefining the “process concept” for new projects, selecting the manufacturing system, technologies and automation levelManaging, on competence projects, the “change management process” and continuous improvement activities in order to guarantee project targets Managing all activities related to PFMEA in order to validate the assembly system, ensuring “zero defect” and customer satisfaction and involving all interested functionsEnsuring, on competence area, the application of all quality and safety policyCoordinating, on competence projects, all system/process/quality audits (eg. IATF or customer) Coordinating assembly system suppliers, including commissioning and start up activities on receiving plant, managing also the process documentation and ensuring alignment between all involved functionsMonitoring Capex approved Budget related to competence projectsSupporting the R&D team on design for assembly activitiesSupporting Sales dpt for proposals activities, providing capex and direct labor estimations related to the assembly systems           REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree on Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineeringKnowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool designStrong familiarity with lean manufacturing tools, methodologies, and best practicesFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques on automotive fieldCommitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulationsWell-versed in relevant software (Creo, CAD, MS Office)Project management skillsProblem-solving abilityTeamwork skills and “action oriented” approachWell knowledge of English languageTravels availability  Salary Package: the salary will be commensurate with the seniority of the candidateLOCATION: Turin area
