【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
■ Experience leading an IT infrastructure or security team, including planning, budgeting, and team member development.

■ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (AD, GPO, SCCM), network/server management, and security tools (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security).

■ Operational experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, are highly preferred.

■ Language / 言語力：Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent); Business-level English, required.
