・Define and execute global network strategy, including current-state assessments, future-state design, and standardization initiatives・Design, build, and operate network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and SASE), ensuring strong security practices・Oversee network operations such as monitoring, incident response, new site deployments, and disaster recovery planning・Manage vendors, budgets, and network assets while collaborating with internal teams to continuously optimize the network environmentーーーーーーーーーーーーーー・グローバル標準に基づいたネットワーク戦略の策定（現状調査、将来像設計、標準化プロジェクトの企画・実行）・LAN/WAN・IPアドレス・DNS/DHCP・Firewall・SASEなどの設計・構築・運用およびセキュリティ管理・ネットワーク運用全般（監視、障害対応、新規拠点対応、災害対策・復旧計画の策定）・ベンダー・予算・資産管理および社内チームとの連携による継続的なネットワーク最適化

求められる経験
・5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and operations
・3+ years of leadership or management experience within an internal IT organization
・3+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity, with knowledge of ITIL and project management fundamentals
・Business level proficiency in English (TOEIC 750+)and Japanese (JLPT N2)

・ITインフラの設計・構築・運用における5年以上の経験
・ユーザー企業内のIT組織におけるリーダーまたは管理職としての3年以上の経験
・情報セキュリティ／サイバーセキュリティ分野での3年以上の経験、およびITIL・プロジェクト管理の基礎知識
・ビジネスレベルの英語 (TOEIC 750+)と日本語力(JLPT N2)
