- Monitor daily attendance: process biometric data, track leave, flag absenteeism, and prepare attendance MIS.
- Coordinate recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate communication
- Manage onboarding: prepare joining kits, conduct induction, complete documentation, and ensure new joinees are integrated smoothly
- Maintain employee records: personal files, appointment letters, ID cards, emergency contacts, and qualification documents.
- Prepare payroll inputs: attendance data, overtime records, deductions, new joinee details, and exit settlements for accounts.
- Support contractor attendance: verify contractor labour attendance, cross-check with contractor records, and flag discrepancies.
- Maintain statutory records: registers under Factory Act, PF/ESIC records, bonus register, leave register.
- Handle employee queries: leave balances, payslip clarifications, policy queries, and general HR enquiries.
- Support disciplinary documentation: prepare show cause notices, warning letters, and maintain disciplinary records.
- Coordinate employee engagement: organise festivals, health check-ups, safety day activities.
- Maintain HR MIS data: headcount, vacancies, joinings, exits, attendance trends.
- Support exit process: collect resignation, schedule exit interview with HOD, coordinate F&F.
