Ensure plans are communicated to all departments.• Sequence coils through the process chain: pickling → rolling → annealing → skin pass → finishing (slitting/CTL). Optimise sequence to minimise changeovers, annealing batch inefficiency, and WIP buildup.• Manage RM scheduling: coordinate with procurement on HR coil deliv
