Payroll & Compensation: Manage overtime tracking and provide critical data support for monthly payroll processing.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure all plant operations adhere to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and generate periodic HR reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Prior background working in a manufacturing plant is essential.
Shift Operations: Proven ability to handle rotating shifts and large-scale workforce logistics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, attendance management software, and MS Excel for reporting.
