Prepare and issue RFQs for Quotation with clear technical specifications
Analyze vendor quotations and create cost comparison sheet in Excel
Follow-up paper approvals till PO submission to supplier
Coordinate with suppliers on technical clarification, lead time, and samples submission
Support senior buyers in price negotiations and contract discussion
Monitor critical child parts stock daily basis.
Clearance of Block invoices in system.
Work with QA team to resolve supplier quality issues and non-conformances.
Suppliers visit for urgent materials all over India as when required.
