■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
・Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry.
・Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
・Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Japanese and English.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
・Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
・Experience working with wholesalers and large distribution companies.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Strong understanding of the Japanese retail market.
