Strategic Sales Leadership

Client Relationships Extraordinaire

experience
Minimum of 2 years in a sales role
qualifications
- University and/or Master’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales-driven role ideally within a service provider (HR services, training, consultancy, or digital)
- A sharp understanding of market dynamics
- An energetic, adaptable, and tenacious personality who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Expert-level skills to close deals that create value for both the client and Randstad
- Experience in achieving and exceeding demanding sales targets
