We are seeking a proactive and professional Key Account Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong sales background in the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry looking to drive growth in the Uttar Pradesh region.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular outlet visits to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within designated territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales management team.
- Ensure product visibility and effective merchandising at point of sale.
- Any Graduate degree is accepted.
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in Outlet Visits, Sales, and Promotions, preferably within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Knowledge of the Kanpur, UP market is an advantage.
