★ Market Analysis: Stay abreast of last mile delivery market trends and developments. Utilize insights to benchmark and optimize delivery methods, while introducing new services and options.
★ Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, and retail) to drive continuous improvements in customer experience, costs, and processes.
★ Negotiations: Negotiate with external carriers to secure favorable conditions and SLAs. Drive negotiations for new prices and conditions, always striving for competitive advantage.
★ Sustainable Practices: Ensure optimal routes for deliveries, minimizing CO2 per order. Develop and adapt transportation analyses based on market adjustments. Search for innovative last mile and delivery methods.
★ Strategic Development: Work with city and digital sports leaders to create the commercial delivery policy. Understand the city needs and provide the required growth.
★ Performance Monitoring: Provide ongoing support to Ecommerce Operations Leaders, ensuring tools and dashboards are available for carriers' performance follow-up.
★ Key Account Management: Act as the key contact for carrier account managers, reviewing monthly performance and monitoring invoice compliance with contracts. RESPONSIBILITY 2
