You will partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and build programs that align with overall business objectives. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in L&D or a related HR field.
・Proven track record of designing and delivering successful employee development programs.
・Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
・Strong project management and change management skills.
・Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
・Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
・Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
