Backed by a top-tier global private equity fund, this enterprise is executing a strategic roadmap toward a high-profile corporate re-listing. We invite accomplished compliance and legal professionals to consider a pivotal role that offers direct exposure to this sophisticated pre-IPO transition.The successful candidate will join a highly sophisticated, structured corporate legal department consisting of 18 dedicated professionals, including four qualified attorneys (Bengoshi). This environment offers an exceptional balance of structured corporate resources and the dynamic energy of a private equity-driven transformation.Key Responsibilities:Global Governance Frameworks: Design, implement, and oversee robust compliance programs across the group’s extensive international network, focusing on anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) and competition/anti-monopoly laws.Strategic Risk Management: Act as a key advisory partner to business units, evaluating legal risks associated with new business initiatives and cross-border M&A transactions.IPO Preparedness: Establish and refine internal control systems to meet the rigorous governance standards required for public market listing.This position is designed for professionals seeking to transition from routine operational compliance to high-impact corporate governance.Unparalleled Professional Trajectory: Participating in a private equity-backed corporate turnaround and subsequent listing provides invaluable market equity and positions you for future executive leadership roles.Collaborative & Expert Environment: Work alongside seasoned legal minds and external experts, fostering an environment of continuous professional development and intellectual rigor.Sophisticated Work-Life Infrastructure: Located in the prestigious Kyobashi/Tokyo area, the organization offers a mature working environment.
