Responsibilities
Legal Advisory - Provide expert legal advice on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, policies, NDAs, MoUs, and internal memos
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Monitor updates in legal frameworks and suggest business-aligned changes Compliance & Governance - Ensure companys adherence to applicable laws and internal compliance policies
- Support HR/legal documentation for onboarding, disciplinary, and termination cases
- Drive regulatory and statutory compliance, including labor and IT laws
Company Secretarial - Maintain statutory registers and secretarial
records
- Ensure timely filing with regulatory bodies (e.g., MCA/ROC)
- Coordinate shareholder communications, annual filings, and audit compliance
