Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Executive, you will be a key member of the Operations department. The primary focus is ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal functioning of the vehicle fleet and facilities. You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor or City Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily activities will involve technical oversight, financial monitoring, and vendor management:
Fleet Maintenance: Coordinate and audit mechanical, electrical, and preventative repairs.
Supplier Management: Scrutinize quotes for optimal pricing, authorize repairs, and maintain relationships with repair outlets to maximize fleet uptime.
Cost Control: Monitor repair expenses (parts and labor) against the maintenance fund and negotiate goodwill claims with OEMs.
Insurance & Claims: Process and report on insurance claims, deciding between direct repairs and insurance claims to minimize vehicle downtime.
Operations Coordination: Manage on-road support teams, coordinate with towing services/RSA, and monitor vehicles that have been in the workshop for extended periods.

Minimum Education: High School Certificate.
