 Experience in Capital Structuring and Taxation.
 Ensure compliance with financial policies, and contractual commitments.
 Prepare regular cost reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
 Prepare cash flow forecasts and have knowledge on various finance models.
 Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives.
 Ensure adherence to ICOFR & audit compliances.
 Maintain compliance with GST and Income Tax regulations, including accurate handling of tax credits.

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, MBA.
 Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) are a plus.
 8+ years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or project accounting with exposure to working with CFO / finance head.
 Experience in Renewable Energy is a must.
