- Operations Management: Overseeing end-to-end import and export operations.
- Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to customs regulations and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Logistics Optimization: Coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents to optimize supply chain processes.
- Reporting: Preparing MIS and performance reports for senior management.
