Are you a go-getter who loves meeting new people and driving results on the ground? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing In-charge to lead our Domestic Piped Natural Gas (DPNG) registration drive. If you have a knack for field sales and enjoy building community relationships, this is the role for you!
The MissionYour primary goal is to grow our family of DPNG customers. You will be the face of the company in residential areas, leading door-to-door outreach and working closely with marketing agencies to hit our monthly registration targets.
What You’ll DoDrive Growth: Lead field-marketing initiatives and door-to-door campaigns to sign up new households.
Engage Communities: Build rapport with housing society office bearers and local influencers to smooth the path for registrations.
Lead Agencies: Coordinate with Direct Marketing Agencies (DMAs) to ensure they are hitting their marks and following company standards.
Manage Data: Keep crisp, accurate records of all registrations and report progress to the management team.
Solve Problems: Address customer concerns on the spot and turn "maybe" into "yes" through effective persuasion.
Education & Experience: * An MBA with at least 1 year of sales/marketing experience OR * A Graduate degree with 3+ years in retail sales.
Special Note: If you have extensive door-to-door selling experience, we are happy to be flexible with the above qualifications!
Skills: Strong persuasion skills, a deep understanding of local residential markets, and the ability to handle documentation accurately.
