・3+ years of B2B marketing experience
・2+ years of management experience (team lead, project management, etc.)
Marketing Skills:
・Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
・Deep knowledge and practical experience in digital marketing
・Data analysis and insight extraction capabilities
・ROI-focused marketing mindset
Digital Tools:
・Experience using Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
・Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
・Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
・Experience managing social media advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Communication:
・Excellent Japanese communication skills (business level)
・Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing required, speaking preferred)
