Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Reports To: Area Sales Manager - Pune Division
Job Summary
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies across designated territories in Pune to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies across target Pune zones
- Promote product lines, present clinical data, and drive prescription generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Pune territory.
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, stockists, and retail chemists.
- Ensure product availability across local pharmacy networks and stockists.
- Track competitor activities and submit daily call/sales reports via CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc), or related field.
- 0-2 years of pharma sales experience in Pune (freshers with strong communication skills welcome).
- Good understanding of the local Pune healthcare and pharmacy network.
- Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
- Valid two-wheeler driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel.
