Role Overview
The Mobility Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing transportation strategies that ensure efficient movement for our [clients/employees/patients]. You will be the primary point of contact for logistical planning, vendor management, and troubleshooting transit hurdles in real-time. Your goal is to make "getting from A to B" as seamless and sustainable as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling: Coordinate daily transportation schedules, ensuring optimal routing and timing.
Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party transport providers (shuttles, ride-shares, public transit agencies) to ensure service levels meet our standards.
Data Analysis: Track and report on key metrics such as transit times, costs per trip, and user satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Problem Solving: Act as the first responder for transit delays, mechanical failures, or scheduling conflicts.
Sustainability Initiatives: Develop programs to encourage "green" commuting, such as bike-share programs or carpool incentives.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in transportation coordination, fleet management, or logistics.
