Role Objective:The Project Head - MSW Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end management, operational performance, statutory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and profitability of a large-scale Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Management Project. The role will lead integrated Collection & Transportation (C&T) and Processing & Disposal (P&D) operations handling 1,000-3,000 TPD (Tonnes Per Day) of municipal solid waste, managing a workforce of 3,000+ employees, a fleet of 2,000+ vehicles and equipment, and annual revenues exceeding ₹200 Crores. The incumbent will be accountable for achieving operational excellence, service level compliance, project profitability, customer satisfaction, government stakeholder management, environmental compliance, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to concession agreements and contractual obligations. Experience:* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Operations Management, or related discipline. * MBA/PGDM preferred. * 15-20 years of experience in waste management, municipal services, logistics, utilities, infrastructure, or large-scale operations. * Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large workforce-intensive operations. * Proven experience in handling: * 1,000+ TPD MSW operations. * 1,000+ manpower-intensive projects. * Large fleet operations.
