Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and other sourcing channels (databases, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Share quality shortlisted profiles with Hiring Managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement and positive experience.
- Collect and verify documents from selected candidates.
- Prepare and share CTC approval cases for offer processing.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracking system (ATS)
