Position Overview
The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the Business Support team while overseeing comprehensive administrative tasks across the organisation. This individual is responsible for optimising workflows, managing complex customer escalations, and maintaining seamless office services. Additionally, this role provides critical support to the senior leadership team, ensuring that internal and external objectives are met with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
...Lead, coach, and motivate the Business Support team to achieve peak performance and meet key deliverable.
Oversee daily operations, optimise workflows, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with business goals, monitoring satisfaction and identifying trends for preventative solutions.
Design filing systems, manage office supplies, and coordinate all company events, including venue selection and catering.
Lead change initiatives and drive a culture of innovation by rolling out new processes and systems.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a senior customer service-related role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required for interfacing with senior-level contacts.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills with a strong detail-oriented approach.
- A positive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to influence and coach others effectively.
