■About the positionThe Omnichannel Excellence Lead at this Japanese subsidiary of a European pharmaceutical firm is an operational role centered on the technical execution and institutionalization of digital engagement frameworks. Rather than high-level corporate strategy, the mission focuses on the hands-on integration of commercial tactics with digital solutions to establish organizational best practices. The Lead is responsible for the business ownership of specific channels—such as email, websites, and owned media—and the execution of continuous PDCA cycles to ensure campaign accuracy. By leveraging deep technical knowledge of tools like Veeva CRM and Salesforce, the role ensures that customer journeys are seamlessly executed across the organization.■Operational Responsibilities- Process Institutionalization: Establish a framework for omnichannel excellence by defining technical processes and standards for consistent execution.- Tactical Campaign Execution: Lead the practical development of integrated tactics across brands, ensuring seamless customer touchpoints.- Channel Management: Act as the business owner for commercial channels like email and websites to drive functional improvements and ROI.- Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance KPIs to execute continuous PDCA cycles, translating data into specific commercial recommendations.- Content Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing to develop visuals and content specifically optimized for the technical requirements of each channel.

■Technical & Professional Requirements
- Technical Tool Mastery: In-depth proficiency in digital ecosystems including Veeva CRM, Salesforce, CLM, and Marketing Automation tools.
- Digital Strategy Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing or customer experience with a heavy focus on implementing omnichannel initiatives.
- Analytical Capability: High-level proficiency in Excel and the ability to solve complex operational and performance challenges.
- Project & Budget Management: Proven experience leading projects, managing budgets, and meeting timelines across Sales, Marketing, and Medical.
- Language Proficiency: Business-level English (written and verbal) to facilitate technical alignment with global partners and international standards.
