- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Operations
- MBA preferred with specialization in Finance and Operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Financial / US Tax
- Exposure to Tax operation, Finance operations, and Compliance processes (if any)
- Team handling and managing experience
- Personality of a Leader, and with good convincing ability

- Focus on Service Delivery Governance (Monitor resource utilization & workload, Track SLAs and delivery timelines, Provide structured reporting to leadership)
