This is a high-impact role where you will dive deep into commercial credit reviews, helping us maintain the health and integrity of our lending portfolio. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to sharpen your expertise in Commercial Banking, this 6-month contract is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your expertise in Commercial Banking.
Advantages
• Contract duration: 6 Months (March 30, 2026 – September 29, 2026)
• Compensation: $27.00 per hour
• Hybrid 4 days a week in our Toronto office and 1 day work from home per week with fixed schedule
• Monday to Friday, 8:30-5,
Responsibilities
• Execute annual credit reviews for targeted Commercial Banking borrowers.
• Interpret complex financial statements to assess borrower health and stability.
• Apply stringent lending policies to ensure accurate and reliable risk ratings.
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure file accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Manage high volumes of customer data with 100% precision and strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
• Bilingualism: Fully fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
• Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent credit experience).
• 2–4 years of professional experience in finance, banking, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn specialized financial software.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve complex problems regarding company financials.
The Nice-to-Haves:
• A strong academic or professional background in Accounting or Finance.
• Prior experience working within a Canadian banking environment.
