Responsibilities
CUSTOMER
Act as a key operational subject matter expert for EFTR (Electronic Fund Transfer Reporting) regulatory reporting, providing technical guidance, issue analysis, and process support within AML Operations.
Support and contribute to the design, enhancement, and implementation of operational workflows, system changes, and process improvements to strengthen regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Execute EFTR reporting and remediation activities in strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and control standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Perform advanced analysis and execution of AML reporting activities, including consolidated or aggregated reporting, where applicable.
Proactively identify, assess, and escalate operational issues, data quality gaps, or control weaknesses, engaging appropriate partners to drive resolution and maintain service and compliance standards.
Serve as a point of contact for complex or non‑standard EFTR matters, supporting consistent interpretation and application of reporting requirements.
