- To lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Operational Risk and GRC solutions by delivering client engagements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and contributing to product development aligned with regulatory requirements and evolving industry needs.
- Execute end-to-end implementation of Operational Risk and GRC solutions, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration.
- Translate client and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and drive solution design within the product.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to build, test, and enhance GRC modules based on implementation learnings.
- Lead requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis by mapping client needs to Operational Risk and GRC frameworks (RCSA, KRI, Loss/Event Management, Issues Management).
