Responsibilities
• Create and execute data-driven change management strategies to support digital transformation goals.
• Design communication plans that align stakeholders on the impact of new data initiatives.
• Build training programs and workshops to improve data literacy across all internal teams.
• Develop governance frameworks and policies to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to encourage a culture of data-based decision-making.
• Identify and address resistance to change to ensure the successful rollout of new analytics tools.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of transformation efforts.
Qualifications
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, change management, or data transformation.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, strategy, and enterprise-level data management.
• Experience leading change initiatives within organizations focused on analytics and cloud platforms.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, training development, and communication strategy.
• Proven ability to foster a data-driven mindset and lead teams through complex cultural shifts.
