Your Role and Responsibilities
As our new therapist, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing bespoke communication plans. This isn't just about managing a caseload; it's about making a tangible difference in the lives of our students. You will:
Deliver specialised assessments and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to support communication goals.
Lead training and consultation sessions to build capacity across the school.
Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous professional development.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and nurturing individual with a strong work ethic. You must be able to manage your workload effectively and be ready to start immediately.
Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or an equivalent qualification.
Be a fully registered member of the RCSLT and HCPC.

This is a permanent, part-time position of 24 hours per week, aligning with the school's term schedule. The pro-rata salary for this role is £32,302.40 to £38,729.60, which is highly competitive.
