Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Calculate gross-to-net wages, overtime, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Data Management: Collect, verify, and enter timesheets and employee data (new hires, salary changes) into payroll systems.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws and labor regulations.
Query Resolution: Handle employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and tax forms.
Reporting & Auditing: Generate payroll reports, reconcile accounts, and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
