Executive Support
• Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
plans.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and
appointments.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.Communication & Coordination
• Handle email correspondence and screen phone calls on behalf of the MD.
• Draft, review, and format official communications as required.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely responses.
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes.
• Maintain accurate records, documents, and confidential files.
• Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) and document version control.
Task & Priority Management
• Track key tasks, projects, and priorities assigned by the MD.
• Monitor deadlines and provide timely reminders and status updates.
• Assist in planning and execution of strategic and administrative initiatives.
Administrative Support
• Support day-to-day office administration activities as required.
• Coordinate with various departments for information flow and approvals.
• Assist in organizing events, visits, and official functions.Key Skills & Competencies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
