Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare policy, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, government, or consulting.
- Experience drafting policy documents in both Japanese and English.
- Global experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (must have)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical operations, regulations, and the Japanese healthcare system.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities and integrity.
