We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis in the Tyres industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and possess strong leadership skills to oversee production operations in Faridabad, Haryana.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and production targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on output, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the Tyres industry.
- Proven experience in supervising production teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
