Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons across Key Stage 1 or 2.
Establish a safe, high-trust classroom environment built on mutual respect.
Assess, track, and record pupil progress, using formative data to tailor daily learning.
Collaborate seamlessly with teaching assistants to support pupils with SEND and EAL requirements.
Maintain open, proactive communication with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
Requirements for the Role
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are welcome to apply).
Up-to-date knowledge of primary pedagogical practices and safeguarding procedures.
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Exceptional communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
