You won't be starting from scratch—you’ll be leveraging an established brand reputation and existing stakeholder relationships to implement and stabilize our new contingent labor solution.Key ResponsibilitiesService Evolution: Support the transition of the client’s contingent hiring from an ad-hoc model to a structured, high-performing MSP.Process Optimization: Implement best-practice workflows within the Swiss regulatory framework.VMS Adoption: Drive the engagement and utilization of the Vendor Management System (VMS) across the Swiss business units.Supplier Management: Curate and manage a high-performing supply chain of niche Swiss staffing.Who You AreSwiss Market Native: You are comfortable navigating the legalities of Swiss labor hire and have a strong grasp of local market rates and candidate behaviors.Consultative Mindset: You don’t just take orders; you provide data-driven insights that help hiring managers make better workforce decisions.Linguistics: Fluency in English is a must.
