1. Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
Coordinate with internal teams to track, monitor, and ensure supplier compliance with SQA
standards.
Drive suppliers to submit required documents and evidence on time.
Escalate delays or risks and intervene when necessary.
Maintain structured trackers for visibility, progress monitoring, and governance reporting.
2. Resilience Tracking (PEGA & Internal Governance)
Collaborate with internal teams to record, track, and push Resilience Action Plans on the
PEGA platform.
Prepare a recurring update mechanism for stakeholders, highlighting progress and open
actions.
Follow up consistently to ensure closure of resiliencerelated activities.
Build and maintain a live tracking dashboard for realtime visibility of risk mitigation activities.
3. BiProducts Contaminants Workstream
Track and coordinate procurementrelated deliverables under the BiProducts Contaminants and
derisking workstreams.
Resolve conflicts with suppliers relating to contaminants, documentation, or expectations.
Create standardized, repeatable ways of working for longterm sustainability.
Document clear process flows, roles, and responsibilities.Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong project management and followup discipline Excellent communication and conflict resolution
Ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams
Robust documentation and tracking abilities
Problemsolving and riskmitigation mindsetPreferred Experience
Exposure to procurement, supplier quality, resilience, or contaminantsrelated work
