We are seeking a high-impact Product Owner to bridge the gap between technical execution and business vision. In this role, you will act as a pivotal leader, coordinating with internal security experts and world-class external partners to redefine how digital identities are managed across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Vision & Roadmap: Translate high-level business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring IAM integrations are delivered on time and within scope.
Backlog Leadership: Own the product backlog, crafting detailed user stories and prioritizing tasks to maximize team velocity and value.
Stakeholder Synergy: Facilitate collaboration between Security Architects, Business Partners, and external integrators to align technical strategies with organizational needs.
Process Optimization: Critically evaluate existing IAM workflows and propose innovative enhancements to identity lifecycle management.
Impact Analysis: Assess the organizational impact of scope changes and lead the transition to ensure smooth user adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean-Agile principles within the squad to refine delivery processes and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Degree (Bachelor's or DEC) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Proven Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a Product Owner or similar leadership role within complex IT environments.
IAM Domain Expertise: Practical experience with Identity Governance platforms such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
Cloud Ecosystems: Strong familiarity with Azure / Entra ID and enterprise application architectures.
Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the ability to apply them to infrastructure/security projects.
Technical Savvy: Knowledge of CI/CD processes, YAML, or Terraform is considered a significant asset.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal leadership, influencing skills, and a proactive mindset toward cybersecurity challenges.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
