Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst etc
Strong experience in requirements assessment, validation, and clarification, including accepting or rejecting project requirements
Proven experience supporting testing, dry runs, mock runs, and UAT activities, including test case preparation and execution
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile / Waterfall project delivery, and change request (CR) management
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, grooming, and backlog management
Ability to work closely with Tech Leads and development teams on solutioning, technical grooming, and task breakdown
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
