Job Description:
Handling the production operations of glass tubing.
Maintaining of key process temperature parameters.
Troubleshooting & maintaining all key process related equipment.
Optimizing available resources to maintain shifts efficiently.
Process analysis and solving defects.
Documenting and updating all process related records & checklists.
Carry out shift operations with safety procedures in mind, to avoid untoward incidents. And educate down the line members the methods and techniques of safe operation.
Has highest level of work ethics for achieving quality and quantity targets.
Ensure packed production quality & quantity is as per required standards. Thrive to achieve zero complaints from both internal & external customers.
Ensure the shopfloor upkeep is maintained all the time.
