Production Planning & ExecutionLead the end-to-end fabrication process, including cutting (Laser/Plasma), bending, fit-up, and welding.Translate the Monthly Production Plan into daily shift targets to ensure 100% on-time delivery.Optimize machine utilization for high-tonnage hydraulic presses and CNC machines.2. Technical Supervision & QualityInterpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint specifications
