■Location: Tokyo■Overview:Randstad, partnered with a leading global telecom company. In 2025, they launched an exclusive partnership with OpenAI to build Japan’s first enterprise-grade generative AI platform. They aim to create a system enabling artificial intelligence to develop more efficient AI Agents. Now in its fast-moving, startup-style launch phase—with plans to spin off into a standalone entity—this project offers a rare, hands-on opportunity to shape cutting-edge AI infrastructure in direct collaboration with OpenAI. An experience you won’t find anywhere else in Japan.■Responsibilities:- Build responsive, real-time web interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React (Next.js/Remix) or Vue.js.- Implement intuitive UIs that allow end users to interact seamlessly with generative AI models.- Design and implement frontend logic to call OpenAI or other LLM APIs, including handling streaming data (e.g., using Server-Sent Events or WebSockets).- Build robust error handling and retry mechanisms to ensure stable product interactions.- Contribute to prompt engineering and UI flows that optimize how users instruct and receive feedback from AI Agents.

求められる経験
■Requirements
- Team-based software development experience
- 3+ years of experience in Web application development (JavaScript / TypeScript)
- Practical experience with one or more frontend frameworks: React (Next.js / Remix) or Vue.js
- experience in Integration of generative AI APIs into the UI layer, including SSE streaming and error retry mechanisms
