■About our ClientA leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable medicines and healthcare solutions worldwide.■Role OverviewYou will be responsible for leading managerial accounting tasks, including budgeting, P&L reporting, and variance analysis, while providing temporary PMO support for an upcoming new drug launch project in collaboration with regional and global leadership.■Main tasks include:・ Lead the annual budgeting process and establish local schedules.・ Deliver accurate monthly sales flashes, local P&L, and MIS reports.・ Conduct variance analyses for product strategies and launches.・ Check financial data interfaces and reconcile accounting systems.・ Support the launch preparation project through PMO execution tasks.・ Assist the finance team with quarterly global accounting reviews.■SalaryAnnually: 8M - 9M JPYhourly: 4,000 JPY - 5,000 JPY#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience in global companies, serving as a liaison to global finance teams.
• Minimum 5 years of P&L control experience (including full P&L responsibility for sales and expenses).
• Fluent Japanese speaker for local communication.
• Business-level English proficiency for communication with global finance teams, demonstrating strong logical thinking and evidence-based communication.
• Hands-on approach; ability to execute tasks independently in a small team environment.
• Strong Excel skills for manual tasks.
• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Flexibility to take on tasks outside managerial accounting in the short term.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude.
