About your new role
The Program Manager will facilitate national workshops and focus groups with public health, animal, and environmental agencies to identify surveillance gaps and design achievable, multi-sectoral solutions. You will be responsible for technical writing to distil complex information from diverse sources into a practical national framework, while also drafting committee papers and meeting reporting requirements.
What you will need to exceed
... - Demonstrated experience in providing end-to-end delivery of complex projects within tight timeframes
- Ability to work across government, NGOs, and multi-sectoral stakeholders (human, animal, and environmental) is critical.
- Advanced technical writing skills are essential to facilitate the development of national documents for multi-sectoral health audiences.
- Extensive experience in public and/or animal health surveillance, including emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Proficiency in organising and facilitating national workshops or focus groups to leverage stakeholder expertise.
- The capability to perform knowledge transfer activities as directed by the contract manager
- Experience in managing the administrative lifecycle of a project, including defining roles and responsibilities
Must have
- Must hold a Baseline security clearance
