Our large Animal Pharmaceutical Client is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator. You will be mainly responsible for providing a comprehensive range of support services and administrative assistance to various project teams to ensure the department's future success. This is a 6 month contract role based in Cherrywood.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full meeting execution and documentation, including preparing agendas, gathering briefing papers, recording accurate minutes, and following up on all action items.
Oversee financial administration and budget tracking, which involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and using SAP to reconcile forecasted spend against actuals.
Coordinate complex logistics and project monitoring, including managing intricate calendars, booking international travel, and flagging potential timeline issues for project stages.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience providing high-level administrative and project management support for a large commercial department.
Strong financial and technical proficiency, specifically with budget/expense tracking and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to multitask and manage simultaneous projects to a very high standard.
