ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client seeks a Project Coordinator to join a high-performing Programme Management Office. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and project managers to deliver comprehensive coordination and administrative support across a large, structured enterprise programme.
This is a fantastic 6-month contract opportunity for a Mid-Senior level coordinator looking to add high-profile enterprise experience to their portfolio. You will be the central pivot point for the team, managing core registers, coordinating workshops, and ensuring governance processes run seamlessly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and coordinate core project management registers, including risks, issues, and change controls.
- Provide high-level executive assistance and calendar management to the programme leadership team.
- Act as secretariat for governance boards, managing formal meeting minutes and action registers.
- Coordinate complex travel, accommodation, workshops, and team onboarding requirements across locations.
- Manage document formatting and daily information architecture within enterprise SharePoint sites.
- Assist project teams with daily administrative tasks to meet critical programme timelines.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience working effectively in large-scale, highly structured project office environments.
- Strong document management skills, proficient in SharePoint and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a sharp eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage timelines and establish strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in governance support, formal minute-taking, and managing comprehensive action registers.
- Background in large organisations with strong governance and compliance structures is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with programme and project methodology
